What the project form saves

We save your name, email, team or occasion, apparel preferences, quantity, budget, target date, delivery preference, optional ZIP code and address count, and the notes you submit. We use them to review your project, prepare a quote, and contact you about it.

The form also stores a request reference, consent time, submission time, and a daily hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Your full street address and payment information are not requested in this form.

Who can access it

Requests are stored through our website hosting service and are available to the authorized EFW site owner. Project details may be shared with service providers as needed to prepare and fulfill your order. An inquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing.

Questions or removal

To correct your request or ask us to delete it, email FatherTom@DiscGolfChurch.life with your request reference. Completed purchases use the separate DGC store and its checkout policies.
